Dr. Vincent J. Murray Ed.D.
Starting in May 1995, Dr. Murray has lead the focus of
Bagley Housing Association.
Throughout his professional career the primary interests always
have been the practice of human development and community development.

Daniel S. Loacano Since July 1998, Daniel has worked with Housing Rehabilitation
programs and coordinates new construction final inspections and warranty program.
He works with Bagley Housing Association builders and new homebuyers. More about

Amelia E. Duran Amelia started January 2001, as the Office Manager. She is responsible for the office finances and new construction sales and closings. Amelia looks forward to further developing her skills and knowledge of community re-vitalization at Bagley Housing. Although born in Detroit, she has lived several years in her father's native country of Chile and became fluent in Spanish. She moved back to Southwest Detroit in 1991 and graduated from Western International High School in 1997. Since 1998 she has been attending The University of Michigan-Dearborn part time. In the fall of 2002, she hopes to transfer to Wayne State University and complete her studies in Architecture and Interior Design.
LaKeisha Chiné Tuggle Starting in July of 2001, LaKeisha joined the Bagley Housing Association team as the Office Assistant. She currently holds the position of Public Relations & Office Administrator. Her many tasks include meeting new clients, maintaining the company’s databases, facilitating the various mailing programs, giving tours and managing the BHA Art Gallery Monday through Friday, just to name a few. She is a native of Southwest Detroit and is proud to work for an organization that is making a difference in the lives of others. LaKeisha is also a proud graduate of The Detroit High School for the Fine and Performing Arts (2nd graduating class), where she majored in Vocal Music. She is a professionally trained vocalist, and aspiring actress who has been performing in the public eye since the age of 5. Currently, LaKeisha is studying for her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Martha Delgado, Home Renovation Projects Manager, joined BHA in July 2003. Ms. Delgado possesses 20 years as a home repair specialist. Ms. Delgado is a licensed builder, a certified lead professional, and has extensive spec writing experience. She is a HUD certified rehab specialist, has directed senior home repair and lead hazard remediation programs, the city of Detroit home repair program; the empowerment home repair program; the MSHDA rehab and rental and owner occupied home repair program; and the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program. MS. Delgado is also our contractor compliance officer. She monitors contractor performance, compliance and payments. Additionally, she is glad to be of service to the Southwest Community in which she has been a longtime resident. Marti holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from Wayne State University and an undergraduate degree in Public Affairs with a major in Urban Planning and Public Administration.
