Resolution

Honoring

Rev. Robert J Duggan, C.S.B.

From the Staff and Board of Bagley Housing Association

                 WHEREAS,   Rev. Robert J. Duggan, C.S.B. has been a leader of the Ste. Anne’s Parish
                                         or the past 13 years; and

                 WHEREAS,   during all those years Rev. Robert J. Duggan, C.S.B. has fostered a vision
                                         of total spiritual, social and physical restoration for the parish; and

                 WHEREAS,   Rev. Robert J. Duggan, C.S.B.’s leadership as a Board member at Bagley
                                         Housing Association for the past seven and ½  years has assured that
                                         his VISION of:

                                   new homes on (formerly) empty lots;
                                                    older homes repaired;
                                                    stores developed to take care of our needs;
                                                    historically-designated buildings such as the Ste. Anne School
                                                    and the chapel and church restored

                                        has been realized; and

                WHEREAS,   Rev. Robert J. Duggan, C.S.B. is, after all these years, being called from
                                        Ste. Anne to a new assignment in the service of his Congregation and his
                                        Lord; therefore be it

    RESOLVED, that the Bagley Housing Association salutes and honors Rev. Robert J.
                                        Duggan, C.S.B and offers every best wish for the continued success of
                                        his labors at the Board meeting held December 4, 2002.
